Default New graphics card problem

Ok so I just bought a diablotek/nvidia 7300GT AGP 512mb card off tigerdirect. I put it in and started up my computer to load some drivers. Alas teh screen said "no signal" and went blank, i tried plugging the monitor into the onboard and the new card but no dice. I took out the card and tried to load the drivers from the cd but when i ran setup it said it had no drivers for my hardware(cus i'd taken the hardware out). I tried exploring the cd for the specific driver i need but had no luck there either. So no monitor with the graphics card in and no drivers with the graphics card out, im mad.
I know this isn't strictly GW but i've had a lot of help from these forums. I think it might be a power issue but idk, any help is greatly appreciated.
My computer info can be found here:

UPDATE: i got a 500W psu and updated bios and mobo drivers, still having the same problem. Ordered a replacement card, but i have a feeling its a problem with my machine, any suggestions? Thanks

unfortunately, diablotek is not really a very good board partner for nvidia. their cards seem to be hit or miss; some are good, some just fail epically.

yikes. apparently you have an absolutely puny PSU. that might be the reason why you are losing graphic signal.
